Overview
Drivers can accept an invitation to join a fleet and get onboarded by verifying their account and determining a few preferences. This allows invited drivers to see loads that a dispatcher has booked and assigned to them through the mobile app.
To be available for assignment, a driver must first download, install, and sign in to the mobile app using the same email address from which they received the email invite to join the fleet.
Once they have successfully signed in, a driver manager will then need to approve the driver’s access to the mobile app. After the driver’s pending access has been approved and a tractor has been assigned, they will officially be available for load assignment. Drivers can view their assigned loads under the 'My Loads' tab on the main menu.
Get started
When a dispatcher adds you as driver to their fleet, an invitation to the mobile app will be sent to you via email. To get started, open the email and tap one of the links to download and install the app to your mobile device.
Email verification
Open the app from your device. Once open you will see the email screen, enter the email address associated with your account and tap the 'Send Email' button.
In order to verify your account, you must log in with the same email address from which you received the email invite to join the fleet.
Next, check your email. A temporary login link will be sent. Open the email on your mobile device and tap the 'Sign in to the Mobile App' link to verify your email.
Note: Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you did not receive the verification email. Sometimes it’s necessary to first tap 'Looks safe' and/or move it out of the spam folder before the verification link is visible.
Welcome screen
Alternatively, if the app recognizes an account that matches your email, it will display the associated account in the welcome screen. Tap the 'Yes, continue' button to proceed.
DOT number
On the next screen, enter your Department of Transportation number and tap 'Continue'.
Verify your phone number
Next, you will need to verify your phone number. Tap the 'Continue' button at the bottom of the screen.
A text message containing a temporary verification code will be sent to the phone number associated with your account . Check your text messages and enter the code provided on the following screen for verification.
Driver preferences
Next, you can personalize your loads by answering a few questions.
Location permissions
Turn your device location on.
Next make sure to allow location access for this app. Selecting 'Allow all the time' is recommended for best results. The app uses your location to make your app experience better with things like accurate deadhead distances and load searching.
Notification permissions
Make sure to 'Allow' the app to send you notifications. This enables you to receive instant updates about your loads.
Terms and conditions
Read the Terms and Conditions and then tap 'Accept'. Read through the Code of Conduct and tap 'Continue'.
My loads
After you have successfully signed in, a driver manager will be notified and will then need to approve your access to view loads. When your pending access has been approved and a tractor has been assigned, you will officially be available for load assignment.
Once loads have been booked and assigned to you by your fleet manager, the loads will be visible to you under the 'My Loads' tab on the main menu.
