Subject: Required Information to Review Driver Recommendation Issue
To help us determine why a specific driver is not being recommended for this load, please complete the following steps:
Use the Driver Search feature to simulate the desired driver on the load in question. This button is located directly above the Hide late pickup and Hide late delivery options.
Capture a SCREENSHOT of the resulting simulated itinerary.
Ensure the screenshot includes the blue segment of the itinerary that represents the load in question.
Include the blue and red alignment indicators located in the upper‑right corner of the screen.
Most importantly, make sure the “Last optimization” timestamp in the upper‑left corner is clearly visible.
Providing this information will allow our team to investigate the issue thoroughly.
