To get started, tap the link below on your android mobile device to navigate to the Schenker FreightMatch app in the Google Play store.
Tap the 'Install' button. The app will be downloaded and installed on your mobile device.
Once the installation is complete, you will be able to start using the app.
Email verification
Open the app from your device. Once open you will see the email screen, enter the email address associated with your work account and tap the 'Send Email' button.
Next, check your email. A temporary login link will be sent. Open the email on your mobile device and tap the 'Sign in to Schenker FreightMatch' link to verify your email.
Note: Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you did not receive the verification email. Sometimes it’s necessary to first tap 'Looks safe' and/or move it out of the spam folder before the verification link is visible.
Basic Info
After completing the email verification step you will see this screen. Select which best describes you 'Owner Operator' or 'Dispatcher' and then tap 'Continue'.
On the next screen, enter your Department of Transportation number and tap 'Continue'.
You will then be prompted to enter your First name and Last name. Tap 'Continue'.
Verify your phone number
Next, enter your mobile phone number and tap 'Send Text Message'.
A text message will be sent to you containing a temporary verification code. Check your text messages and enter the code provided on the following screen for verification.
Driver Preferences
Next, you can personalize your loads by answering a few questions.
Location Permissions
Turn your device location on.
Next make sure to allow location access for this app. Selecting 'Allow all the time' is recommended for best results. The app uses your location to provide things like accurate deadhead distance, lane searching and nearby available loads.
Notification Permissions
Make sure to 'Allow' the app to send you notifications. This enables you to receive instant updates about your loads like messages and bid approvals.
Terms and Conditions
Read the Terms and Conditions and then tap 'Accept'. Read through the Code of Conduct and tap 'Continue'.
Done
You will now be able to start finding loads to book and bid on!
