Place a Bid

How to place a bid request on the mobile app.

Overview

Brokerage carriers can quickly submit bid requests on available loads. The mobile app guides you through the bidding process and helps you track and manage your bids to stay updated on your offers.

Get started

To get started, sign in to the app on your mobile device and navigate to the 'Book Loads' tab. Browse the list of available loads on the load board and tap on an item to navigate to the load details screen.

Place a bid

On the load details screen, tap the 'Place Bid' button on the bottom left of the screen.

Next, enter the dollar amount that you would like to request for the load and tap the 'Place Bid Request' button to submit your bid.

Once the bid has been submitted, a manager will review your bid request.

Managers can counter, decline or accept your bid and you will be notified of the decision via push notification.

My Loads

You can keep track of any loads that you've placed bids on and their decision status within the 'My Loads' page found in the main navigation.

Cancel your bid

You can cancel your bid request by tapping the 'Cancel Bid' button in the lower right corner of the screen of the load details. This can be done any time while it is still in review and before a decision has been made by a manager.
