How to use the load board on the mobile app to find loads that meet your needs.

Load Board

With upfront pricing and information, the load board provides visibility to available loads allowing carriers to find and book loads that meet their needs.

Get started

To get started, sign in to the app on your mobile device and navigate to the 'Book Loads' tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Note: for the best experience please enable location under you device system preferences.


List view

The list view displays available loads with basic information for each load.

Each load item displays the following:

  • Your Pay

  • Pickup city and state -> Drop off city and state

  • Appointment times/window for pickup and dropoff

  • Equipment

  • Weight

  • Commodity

  • Deadhead or distance from your current location

  • Estimated trip milage

Note: your device location must turned on and location access enabled in your device system settings in order to get accurate distance estimates.

Tap on a load item to navigate to the load details and see more information about each load. From there you can book a desired load.


Map view

The map view allows you to visualize loads by pickup location.

Navigate between the list view and map view by tapping the button in the lower right corner.

Each load is represented by a map pin displaying a dollar amount showing your pay.

Numbered circles represent clusters of loads within an area. Pinch to zoom in on the map and reveal individual loads.

Tap a marker on the map to see more info about each load. Tap anywhere on the load info to navigate to the load details and see more information about each load. From there you can book a desired load.


Search locations

The search bar at the top allows you to search for available loads by pickup and dropoff locations. The default location search is set to look for loads that pickup from anywhere and dropoff anywhere.

To find loads by specific lane or origin and destination, tap anywhere on the search bar at the top of the screen. This opens the location search in full screen.

Next, search for loads by origin and/or destination. You can also choose a quick search from the suggested list, recent searches, or preferred lanes at the bottom half of the screen.

Search by origin

To find loads that pickup near a specific location, tap the input labeled 'Origin'.

Next, you can select 'My current location' or 'Anywhere' from the list of quick options or enter a search for a city, state or zip code.

Make a selection from the list of results.

Radius

Once an origin has been selected, you can choose a search radius to further narrow or broaden the results.

Search by destination

To find loads that dropoff near a specific location, tap the input labeled 'Destination'. Similarly, enter a search and/or make a selection from the list as outlined above.

Tap the 'Show loads' button at the bottom of the screen to submit the location search and view any available loads that meet your search criteria. This button displays the number of available loads that meet your origin/destination search.

Note: If no loads are available, try adjusting your location search or check the filters.


Filters

Control which loads you see on the load board by narrowing the results with filters. This allows you to quickly and easily find loads that meet your needs.

Apply filters

Tap the filters button in the quick actions bar to see all available filters. From here you can filter the load board by date, equipment, pay, pay rate, milage and max weight.

Tap the 'Show loads' button at the bottom of the screen to apply the selected filters. This button displays the number of available loads with the currently applied filters.

Note: If no loads are available, try adjusting the filters or location search.

Clear filters

Filters can be cleared either individually by tapping the 'Clear' action next to each applied filter or by selecting the 'Clear all' action at the top right of the screen.

Quick filters

Alternatively, filters can be applied individually from the quick filters bar near the top of the screen.

The quick filters bar can be scrolled horizontally.

Tap one of the quick filters from the row and make an adjustment. Then tap 'ok' to apply the filter.


Sort

The load board can be sorted by deadhead, rate, milage, latest pickup date or weight.

Tap 'Sort' from the quick actions row near the top of the screen to see the list of sort options and make a selection.


Save a load

You can save a load by tapping the Save icon to the right of each load item. This allows you to continue browsing for loads and quickly find them again later.

Saved loads can be found within the the 'Saved' tab on the 'My Loads' screen.

To remove a load from your saved loads, tap the blue 'Saved' button.
